More Pre-K Pumpkin Fun!!!

We had our first Ag in the Classroom lesson of the year this week! Kindergarten learned about root vegetables! Some grow underground, like potatoes, and some grow above ground, like peas! We have our own garden in a glove to make predictions about! We can’t wait to watch our seeds sprout!

Are you curious whether you have what it takes to wrestle? Bismarck Youth Wrestling will hold an Introduction to Wrestling Camp from Monday, November 5 - Friday, November 9 in the BHES gym from 6:15pm-7:15pm. This camp will allow you to learn basic wrestling moves from our BHRA High School wrestlers & get a feel for how practices are ran. The camp cost is $20 for the week and if you decide to sign up for the season, that $20 will go towards your season sign up fee. The camp is open to all Kindergartners through 8th graders. The 2018-2019 season sign-ups will be held during the camp as well. Please see your 1st hour/homeroom teacher or the junior high office to get the flyer with details and the waiver required to attend camp. Hope to see you there!!!

Our Kindergartners took a field trip to Sunset this week. We played a pumpkin game, colored a Halloween picture, learned about the swans, and even received pumpkins to take home! 🧡

Kindergarten had so much fun on our field trip to Sunset Memorial Park this week! ☺️ They helped us play games, color, and taught us some cool facts about the swans! We appreciate their invitation and the pumpkins they sent home with us!
