First grade traveled to Mexico to learn about the Christmas traditions there. Each student took a turn at breaking open our piñata, and we enjoyed the goodies inside. Feliz Navidad!

Mrs. Farrell's class had a visitor today. Monica Nyman from the St. Louis District Dairy Council came because we participate in the Adopt-a-calf program. She brought bracelets and stickers and helped us write a thank you letter to a dairy farmer for all of his hard work.
