The Boys Varsity Baseball game vs Judah Christian has been cancelled for tomorrow Thursday, March 28th. Instead the boys will play PBL in Paxton tomorrow at 4:30.

The News-Gazette All-Area Wrestling team came out today and Jacob Akins was named to the second team. Talen Miller and Braxton Wilson were selected as Honorable Mention. Congratulations guys!

Emily Meidel made the News-Gazette all-area girls basketball first team. Also congratulations to Annie Nelson for making special mention and Sierra Bryant and Hunter Edwards for making honorable mention.


The Blue Devil baseball team overcame a tough loss in the first game of a doubleheader with Watseka to rally and get the victory in game two. Congratulations to Dalton Hicks for getting his first career High school victory on the mound.





“Forged in ....cardboard.” Ms. Herrmann ‘s World history classes studied weapons in history and their significance in each respective region. Students created cardboard models and then prepared presentations to report their findings.
