First grade went on our annual picnic this week! We had a great time playing and enjoyed our picnic.

My class enjoyed the Danville Symphony, and then we had a fun filled afternoon at the park.

These 3rd graders were able to attend STEM day in St. Joe. We picked out many fun things we would like for our STEM room at BHES. It was a fun afternoon!

A few of our students attended a STEM conference yesterday to check out the latest technology coming to STEM classrooms.




Building Bridges in 1st Grade! Last week in Maker Space, we worked with a partner to build a bridge out of toothpicks and playdoh.




Farming in First Grade - First grade classes spent time with the Ag in the Classroom program today learning how to plant vegetables.
Kindergarten students who will be attending BHES for the 2018-19 school year may pick up registration packets during our pre-registration dates: Monday, April 23 - Thursday, April 26 from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm. Students entering Kindergarten must be 5 years old before September 1, 2018. When picking up your packet, please bring a certified copy of your child’s birth certificate, health immunization records, and proof of residency.
