For those without insurance, a self-pay option is available.

We are scheduled for September 15 & 16, 2022 for the 2022-2023 school year.

Dental Exams and proof submitted are a requirement for all Kindergarten, 2nd, 6th and 9th grade students. You may choose to have the examination done by your family dentist, or to have the examination completed by Mobile Dentists.  If you have any questions, please contact Nurse Kelly at 217.759.7291.

- We are accepting results from COVID home tests. Students sent home from school for symptoms of COVID  must bring the negative test result into school when returning.  If using a commercial/medical testing center results must be provided electronically, by fax, email or on paper.
