Student of the Week

5th-Kyndra Rodgers-Kyndra has really stepped up her game this quarter! She has been on top of her homework, and has put in extra effort studying areas! Every day Kyndra comes prepared to learn. Way to go Kyndra! Keep up the good work!

 

6th-Kendall Wright-Kendall always has a smile on her face ! She works hard and pays attention to details. In addition, she take all assignments as a challenge to go above and beyond what she thinks she can do! Kendall is polite and respectful to her peers and very helpful to the staff. She also has recently learned the difference in identifying a variety of crackers!! Way to go Kendall!!

 

7th Grade- Madison Aguirre- Madison deserves this recognition for many reasons. She is a very polite student who is kind at all times. She has been very responsible about completing her work. She always has a positive attitude in class and is enjoyable to be around. It seems like she is always smiling. Thank you, Madison, for always doing your best.  

 

8th Grade Brylee Kincaid- Brylee always show up to class prepared. She is willing to ask questions when she does not understand something, and she works well with her peers. I know that when she comes into my classroom, she is going to be ready to get to work.  Even if it is something that she isn’t excited about, she works hard without any complaints.

Students may not attend school if they are experiencing any of the potential COVID-19 symptoms:

Fever of 100.4 or higher, NEW ONSET of a moderate or severe headache, Shortness of breath, NEW cough

Sore throat, Vomiting, Diarrhea, NEW loss of sense of taste or smell, Fatigue from unknown cause, Muscle or body aches from unknown cause

 

 

Positive cases- 5 day isolation

Exposed/same household – if they can isolate from positive case they can return in 5 days

                                                        If they cannot isolate from positive case they can return in 10 days

                                                        If they are vaccinated, they do not have to quarantine at all

Testing is still required when we send a student home with potential covid symptoms When testing to return to school, only PCR tests are accepted.  Rapid (antigen tests) are not valid.
