Student of the Week

5th-Byntlee Schmit

Byntlee is hard working, enthusiastic, and brings good conversations to the classroom. I have seen Byntlee really mature over the course of the year. He is helpful to his teachers and other classmates. I know I can always count on Byntlee to do what is expected and make good choices. Keep up the good work, Byntlee !

We are accepting results from COVID home tests. Students sent home from school for symptoms of COVID  must bring the negative test result into school when returning.  If using a commercial/medical testing center results must be provided electronically, by fax, email or on paper. Students may not return to school without proof of a negative test.  Nurse Kelly has a limited supply of home COVID tests available if needed.

Our schools are seeing an increase in the number of students contracting strep throat. Group A streptococcus bacteria are very contagious. The bacteria that causes strep throat travels in respiratory droplets that are created when an infected person coughs or sneezes. To help us reduce strep throat infections please take a moment to review the Parent Fact Sheet.
