Announcements

  • Advisory Period Meetings (Be sure to check in with your advisory period teacher before going to these meetings).

    • 1/17 Tuesday - Pep Rally - 2:00pm

    • FCA meets each Wednesday in Mrs. Tidwell’s room.

  • DACC/College Express begins TODAY

  • Congratulations to our Blue Devil Cheerleaders for your first place win at County!!!  WE ARE PROUD OF YOU!

  • Congratulations to the January student of the month....Izzy Solis!  Other nominees this month were Faith Grissom and Taelor Abner.

  • Thank you to everyone who voted on the G.O.A.T.!  Peter the Great received over 53% of the vote and has been declared the Greatest of All Tsars.  The winning poster was Peter the Great #6. Congratulations to Gracie Pattison, Addison Stonecipher, Sarah Dickison and Leo Vera! 

  • There will be a meeting for all members of the National Honor Society Wednesday morning at 8am in Ms. Mathis's room.  Spanish IV students have permission to attend.

  • Softball open gym, Sunday 1/22/23 from 10am-11:30am

  • Winter athletic banquet will be March 7th at 6:30pm in the MPR.

  • Juniors who took the PSAT/NMSQT this fall – please see the email from Mrs. Stephens and sign up for a time slot to go over your scores.

  • Pink Night is February 10th against the Salt Fork High School Storm!  Buy your shirts now!  Paper orders are due to the office January 19th - you can order online through January 20th. 

  • Vermilion County Tournament Information:

  • If you are interested in being a Leadership Intern for Camp Invention June 26-June 30, please email Mrs. Carpenter (acarpenter@bismarck.k12.il.us).  You would be leading 1st-6th grade students through a high energy STEM camp alongside Mrs. Powell, Mrs. Brumett, and Mrs. Carpenter. 

  • Drivers - Please make sure you are parked in your correct spot with your parking pass visible.  Mr. Benjamin is still doing random checks and will be issuing discipline.   Don’t forget that driving is a privilege that can be revoked.

  • Order your yearbook here or you may send a check/cash for $60 to BHRA to Mrs. Stephens.

  • Students may not get any extra milk until everyone has been through the lunch line.

  • If your family eats Pringles – please send the empty tubes into Mrs. Tidwell.  THANK YOU!

Additional Information:

  • Reminder!  If your student will not be attending school for the day, please make sure you call the office and let us know.  Please call us by 9am each day your student is absent.  (Students may not call themselves in, it must be a parent/guardian).  

  • Chromebook cases, styluses, and chargers for sale in the office.  Styluses are $30 and chargers are $35.  Cases are $20 new and $10 used.

  • Athletic Passes on sale now.  Individual $60 and Family $124 (includes all members of 1 household).  Send cash or check to Jenny with a list of all members in the household if purchasing a family pass.
