  • The girls track team will practice today after school from 1:15 to 2:45.

  • 23-24 Devilette Tryout Information

    • Packets can be found on the table outside the office, or printed here

    • Tryout Dates

      • April 25th from 5:30pm-7:30pm

      • April 26th from 5:30pm-6:30pm

      • April 29th from 9:00am-11:00am

      • April 30th - Results will be posted no later than 1pm

        • Uniform fitting with Varsity @ 2:30pm

  • No College Express on Wednesday or Friday this week!

  • Please dismiss the boys and girls track teams in advisory., They will check in at advisory then go get ready for the track meet. The bus leaves at 2:30. The track meet begins at 4 o’clock with field events and 530 with running events. The meet is at salt fork high school.

  • Prom 2023: “Enchanted Forest” will be from 8:00-11:00 p.m. at The Dragonfly at Sleepycreek Vineyards on April 22nd.  Coronation will be at 9:30 p.m.  There will be a photographer on site to take posed pictures, as well as a Photobooth and a couple of selfie stations. 

  • Prom tickets will be on sale before school in the Commons and during lunch hours in the cafeteria beginning on Thursday..  Tickets are $20 a piece (BHRA Senior tickets are free must you must still get a ticket).  If you are planning to attend Prom, you must be a BHRA Junior or Senior or have a date that is a BHRA Junior or Senior. 

  • If you are interested in attending the Cubs trip you must sign up by Friday.  A list of attendees will be posted next week. Sign up using this link.

  • Congratulations to Maci Long for being chosen as the April Student of the Month.  She was chosen for work with the Youth Leadership Council and for her many hours of volunteer service.  Other nominees this month were Cody Drake, Ava Robinson, and Emma Pasquale.

  • Date request forms for prom are on the table outside the office.  These forms are due to the office NO LATER THAN TUESDAY, APRIL 18th.  

  • Future Educator Breakfast with Mr. Campbell on Tuesday, April 11th from 7:30am-8:00am in Mrs. Stephens Counseling Lobby.

  • If you are planning on attending Post Prom, you must fill out this Google Form by April 12th.  Post Prom is open to all BHRA juniors and seniors as well as their dates (freshmen through under 21 years of age).  If you are a BHRA freshman or sophomore attending Post Prom (your date is a junior or senior or you are a Prom Page), you will fill this out yourself.  If your date does not go to school here, you will include that information in your Google Form (they don’t need to fill this out).  

    • If you RSVPd for Post Prom, you will be getting a permission slip and Elevate waiver soon.  These must be signed by your parents and returned to Mrs. Carpenter in the district office by the 19th in order to attend Post Prom.  

  • Post Prom is looking for some specific donations to use as prizes during Post Prom.  They have set up a registry at Walmart to help.  Donations can be dropped off to the high school office.  Be sure to mark them post prom.  Post Prom donation link

  • The junior class is looking for prom pages! Prom pages are freshman and sophomores that are interested in helping to set up, take down/clean up prom and help during the dance. If you are interested in being a prom page this year please see Mrs. Stephens or Mrs. Carpenter this week to get signed up.

  • Track, Softball & Baseball athletic fees are in.  You may pay them online through Teacherease or send cash/check to BHRA into the office.  Please let Jenny or Amy know if you have any questions.

  • We have extra graduation announcements for sale in the office.  $1.50/ea or 25/$35.  First come first serve - cash only.

  • Order your yearbook here or you may send a check/cash for $60 to BHRA to Mrs. Stephens.

  • Mrs. Stephens Announcements

    • Any senior who is considering attending DACC, even as a back up plan, should sign up to attend DACC Registration Day. Students will go to DACC on April 18th to meet with advisors, sign up for classes and more. Please complete this form and the permission slip to sign up. Late sign ups can not be accepted, DACC requires a list in advance so that they can be prepared. 

    • SAT, PSAT8/9 and PSAT 10 will be given to all freshmen - juniors this Wednesday April 12th. Be on time, eat breakfast, bring 2 #2 pencils and a calculator.

  • Reminder!  If your student will not be attending school for the day, please make sure you call the office and let us know.  Please call us by 9am each day your student is absent.  (Students may not call themselves in, it must be a parent/guardian).  

  • Chromebook cases, styluses, and chargers for sale in the office.  Styluses are $30 and chargers are $35.  Cases are $20 new and $10 used.

  • Athletic Passes on sale now.  Individual $60 and Family $124 (includes all members of 1 household).  Send cash or check to Jenny with a list of all members in the household if purchasing a family pass.
