Students without their ID's will have to wait at the end of the line each morning.
There will be a meeting taking place on Thursday, August 24th in Mrs. Post’s classroom during advisory period regarding the fall play. If you are interested in participating in the play as an actor OR as stage crew, please attend this meeting for necessary information regarding tryouts etc. Thank you!
Freshmen interested in serving on the BHRA Student Council as a class representative can pick up a form by Mrs. Russell's room. They are due on Tuesday.
Students that ran last year for student council but were not elected by their class may petition for non-voting membership. The Executive Board and advisors will consider and select no more than 5 of these applicants. The selected applicants will be announced. Past student council experience and service hours will be considered in making decisions. See Mrs. Russell for an application. Applications are due by Wednesday, August 30th.

Sophomore class meeting during the advisory period on August 30th. Jostens will be here to meet you about class rings & letterman jackets.
College Express courses will begin on Monday, August 21st. Students should all meet on the first day in Mary Miller Gym for an orientation at 12:30 PM (students can park in the North parking lot to the left as soon as they enter DACC main entrance). They will then be shown to their classes. All classes meet Monday-Friday from 12:30-2:00 PM.
The Blue Devil Booster Club needs you! The Blue Devil Booster Club supports athletics & activities throughout BHRA. Their fundraiser is the football concession stand! We need help rebuilding! Reach out to Mr. Foster (tfoster@bismarck.k12.il.us) if you are interested in being on the board, being in the committee, or even just helping in the concession stand (we always need this!) The Booster Club pumps a lot of money back into our school, but they can’t do it without YOU!
Mrs. Frerichs is looking for some alternative seating for her classroom. If you are cleaning out a room and looking to get rid of bean bags, gaming chairs, etc, please let her know. She would love to have them! lfrerichs@bismarck.k12.il.us

College Express Co-Op Students - The mandatory Co-Op Orientation for students will be Monday August 21st from 2:00 to 3:30 in Lincoln Hall Room 206. Make up day is Friday August 24th from 2:00-3:30.

Reminder! If your student will not be attending school for the day, please make sure you call the office and let us know. Please call us by 9am each day your student is absent. You must call each day your student is absent. (Students may not call themselves in, it must be a parent/guardian).
Chromebook cases, styluses, and chargers for sale in the office. Styluses are $30 and chargers are $35. Cases are $20 new and $10 used.
Athletic Passes on sale now. Individual $60 and Family $124 (includes all members of 1 household). Send cash or check to Jenny with a list of all members in the household if purchasing a family pass.
