  • CONGRATULATIONS to February Student of the Month, Hunter Edwards!!!  Great job to the other nominees:  Cole Anderson, Zac Smith, Carsen White, Alexis White, and Justin Pattison.
  • Sophomores – Go to the Wilcox Gym for homeroom.  You will be seeing a presentation on College Express. 
  • Fan Bus to Gibson City tonight to watch your Lady Blue Devils play Watseka in the first round of sectionals!  The bus leaves at 4:30.  Cost is $3, BHRA pays your way in.  Permission slip required, stop in the office with questions.
  • Bismarck Blessings food drive items.  Tomorrow’s 1st hour food drive item is Pop Tarts!  All flavors are needed.  Bring them to your 1st hour class to count towards your classroom total.
  • Next week is National FFA Week! We invite the entire school to participate in next week's dress up days and homeroom games. Dress up days are: Tuesday - Disney Day, Wednesday - Farm Animal Day, Thursday - Country Day, Friday - Blue & Gold Day. Students will be put into a drawing for a prize for each day they dress up! Be sure to check out the posters around the school for the homeroom games and talk to your class sponsor later this week to sign up to participate! The winning class for homeroom games will get an ice cream party!
  • Make sure you check out the VOICE table at your lunch Monday-Friday this week! Finish the hashtag and get your picture taken too!
  • This weekend Talen Miller and Jacob Akins competed at the sectional wrestling tournament.  Both competed well.  Jacob earned 2nd place and advances to state on Thursday.
  • Musical practice starts in homeroom today in the library.  We will be done in time to get on the fan bus for the girls game.  2.5 weeks left.  We need everyone here.
  • This Friday night come support the team in Fab 50’s, Groovy 60’s, Hippie 70’s, Rocker 80’s, or Awesome 90’s styles.  Eligible students will have the opportunity to win one of two gift cards.  A free popcorn for all who participate!  See Mrs. Tidwell with any questions.
