Junior students who donated food for the food drive will have their pizza & ice cream party Thursday at 12:30. Please check the list on by Mrs. Russell’s room for a list of students that are invited.
The Student Council will be selling donuts, juice, and milk for $1.00 each all week in the cafeteria before school.
Any student council member interested in going to the Winter Retreat at Oakwood High School, let Mrs. Russell or one of the officers know before you leave for winter break. The retreat is Wednesday, January 9th. We will leave school at 8:40 and return around 1:30.
There will be an ugly Christmas sweater contest Wednesday. We look forward to seeing you in your festive ensemble. Prizes will be awarded for the best holiday spirit.
Any boy interested in playing baseball this spring, there will be a meeting in Coach Dodds room on Tuesday during homeroom.
Congratulations to football players Caleb Lahey, Zane Reining, Avery McConkey, and Jacob Akins who were all name to the News-Gazette All Area Football team. Caleb was a first team selection and Zane, Avery, and Jacob were all special mention.
This weekend your wrestling team competed at the Gibson City JV invite. Braxton Wilson and Kaleb Irvin earned 1st place, Marshall Gudauskas earned 2nd place, and Cameron Watson earned 4th place. Wins were earned by Blake Mau, Zac Smith, Jakob Peirson, and Kaleb Corbin.
