Conference champions are named in baseball, 7/8 girlsâ and boysâ basketball and volleyball.
Bismarck-Henning also participates in Vermilion County tournaments in 7/8 girlsâ and boysâ basketball and volleyball. Chrisman, Heritage, Prairieview-Ogden, St. Joe, and St. Paul are not members of the Vermilion County Association.
Bismarck-Henning is a member of the Illinois Elementary School Association (IESA). The IESA sponsors end of the season state tournaments in baseball, 7/8 girlsâ and boysâ basketball, volleyball and track. The state tournament starts with the regional tournament. Teams then advance to sectional play and then the state finals. Track starts at the sectional level and teams advance to the state finals.
Armstrong-Ellis Grade School and Potomac Grade School co-op in all sports. Their games are played at the following schools:

Potomac Grade School: Take Rt. 1 to the stop sign at Rt. 136. Turn left (west) and travel approximately 5 miles to Potomac. The school is located on the north side of the road just as you enter Potomac.

Armstrong Grade School: Take Rt. 1 to the stop sign at Rt. 136. Turn left and travel west approximately 10 miles until you see the sign for Armstrong. Turn right and travel north into Armstrong. The school is on the east side of the road on the north end of Armstrong.

All of Catlin Grade Schoolâs games are played at Catlin Grade School.
Directions:
From Bismarck go to Henning Road and travel south to Rt. 150. Take Rt. 150 to Interstate 74. Take I-74 east to Exit G at Tilton. After exiting the interstate go two blocks south to the Catlin/Tilton Road. Turn right and travel west on the Catlin/Tilton Road approximately 4 miles to Catlin. As you enter Catlin, turn right on Fleming Street. Fleming Street will take you to the Grade School.

All of Chrisman Jr. Highâs games are played at the Jr. High. The Jr. High is located with the high school. Baseball games are played at Centennial Park in Chrisman.

Directions: to Covington Sports Complex
Take Lynch Rd in Danville to Rt. 136. Take Rt. 136 east into Covington. When you get to Covington continue straight, that street becomes Pearl Street. Take Pearl Street past the school to Ninth Street. Turn left (north) on Ninth Street. The sports complex is on Ninth Street just outside of Covington on the west side of road.

Georgetown-Ridgefarmâs games are played at Mary Miller Jr. High in Georgetown. If they have a conflict with their gym schedule they sometimes play games at Pine Crest Grade School. They do not have baseball or volleyball.
Directions:
Mary Miller Jr. High â Travel south on Rt. 1 to Georgetown. At the stoplight in the middle of town turn west. The school is located two blocks west on the south side of the road.

Pine Crest Grade School â Travel south on Rt. 1 to Georgetown. Turn left (east) on West Street. Take West Street to Seminary Street, turn right (south )on Seminary Street. Continue on Seminary Street to Kennedy Drive. Turn left (east) on Kennedy Drive, the street curves to the south and the school is on Kennedy Drive.

All of Giffordâs games are played at Gifford Grade School in Gifford except baseball. Baseball is played at the town park located at the south end of Gifford.
Directions:
Take Rt. 1 north to the stop sign at Rt. 136. Turn left and travel west until you get to Rt. 49 (approximately 10 miles). Turn right (north) on Rt. 49 ½ mile and then turn left (west) on Rt. 136. Travel approximately 10 miles until you arrive in Gifford. Turn left (south) at the Caseyâs store. The school is located at the south end of town on the west side of road.

Heritage Jr. High is located in Homer. All their games are played at Heritage Jr. High.
Directions:
Take I-74 to the Ogden exit. Travel south through Ogden until you get to Homer. In the middle of Homer, turn right (west) on First Street. The school is located on the west side of Homer.

Take I-74 to Champaign. Take the Neil Street exit and travel south until you get to White Street. White Street is a few blocks south of University Ave. Turn right (west) on White Street. The school is located on White Street.

Hoopeston plays their games at John Greer School not at the Jr. High. In baseball they play at the Hoopeston Area High School.
Directions to John Greer School:
Take Rt. 1 to Hoopeston. Continue traveling north, through the four way stop at the corner of Rt. 1 and Rt. 9, past Caseyâs, until you get to Main Street. Turn right (east) on Main Street. John Greer is approximately ½ mile east of Rt. 1 on the south side of Main Street.

Take I-74 to the Oakwood exit. Travel south through Oakwood. Continue south through the four way stop at the Rt. 150 intersection. Travel for approximately 4 miles then you will come to a stop sign south of Oakwood at the Catlin/Homer Road. Turn right (west) and travel approximately 2 miles until you see a sign for the town of Fairmount. Turn left (south) and go through the town of Fairmount. Approximately 8 miles south of Fairmount you will see the school on the east side of the road.

North Ridge school is located in Danville. All their games are played at the Jr. High. Track meets are run at the high school track north of the high school. Baseball games are played at the American Legion field just south of the school.

Take Rt. 1 into Danville. Turn left (east) at Winter Ave. At the corner of Winter Street and Jackson Street turn right (south). The School is on Jackson Street just a few blocks south of Winter Ave. The gym is located on the east side of the school.

Directions:
North Vermillion Jr. High is located with the high school. Take I-74 east to Rt. 63 (exit 4, the Beef House exit). The school is on Rt. 63 about 15 miles south of the Beef House.

Oakwood plays their games at two schools. 5/6 games are played at Oakwood Grade School in Oakwood. 7/8 games are played at Oakwood Jr. High. The Jr. High is north of Newtown approximately 5 miles north of Oakwood.
Directions:
To Oakwood Grade School â Take Henning Road to Rt. 150. Turn right (west) on Rt. 150 and stay on Rt. 150 until you get to Oakwood. At the stop sign turn right (north), the school is a few blocks north of Rt. 150 on the east side of the street.

To Oakwood Jr. High â The easiest way to explain how to get to the Jr. High is to take I-74 to the Oakwood exit. Turn right (north) and travel approximately 5 miles until you arrive at the Jr. High. There are other ways to get there going through the country west and south of Jamesburg but it is too difficult to explain.

Directions:
Take Rt. 1 north to Hoopeston. At the intersection of Rt. 1 and Rt. 9 turn left (west) on Rt. 9. Paxton is approximately 20 miles west of Hoopeston on Rt. 9. At the intersection of Rt. 9 and Rt. 45 in Paxton continue west through the stop sign until you arrive at the High School/Jr. High.

PV-O plays their games at two different schools. 5/6 games are played at the grade school in Ogden. 7/8 games are played at the Jr. High located in the town of Flatville. Baseball games are played in the town of Royal at the park.

To Ogden Grade School â take I-74 west to the Ogden exit. Turn left (south) and the school is on the east side of the road just south of the interstate.

To Prairieview Jr. High â Travel north on Rt. 1 to Rt. 136. Turn left (west) on Rt. 136, travel through Potomac and past Armstrong. At Rt. 49 turn right (north), travel approximately ½ mile until you can get back on Rt. 136. Turn left (west) and take Rt. 136 until you get to Gifford. At Gifford turn south at the street just past the Caseyâs store, stay on this road through Gifford. Approximately 5 miles south of Gifford you will come to the small town of Flatville. The Jr. High is in Flatville.

Occasionally we have track meets in Rantoul. The track is located at Rantoul High School.
Directions:
Take Rt. 1 north to the Rt. 136 intersection. Turn left ( west) on Rt. 136 to Rantoul. Stay on Rt. 136 once you get to Rantoul. The track is located in the middle of town behind the high school. The school is on Rt. 136 on the north side of the street.

Most of Rossvilleâs games are played at the grade school. Occasionally they will play some games in the high school gym across the street from the grade school.

Take Rt. 1 north to Rossville. The school is on the east side of the road at the north end of Rossville.

Take Rt. 1 south through Danville. Continue past Main Street approximately ½ mile until you come to the stoplight at 4th Street. Turn left (east) at 4th street. Turn right (south) at Highland Blvd and then left (east) onto 9th Street.

Take I-74 to the St. Joseph exit. Travel south through St. Joseph to the stop sign in the middle of town at the Rt. 150 intersection. Turn left (east) and go to 5th Street just past the Caseyâs store. Turn right (south), this street will take you past the grade school, the road curves to the east and becomes Peters Drive, the middle school will be on the north side.

At Kirby turn right (west) and go a few blocks until you get to Lincolnshire Street. Turn left (south) on Lincolnshire, this street will take you to the school.
