Friday, March 2
• Leave BHHS at 2:30am and head to Indianapolis Airport
• Board Southwest Airlines flight #1672 7:45am-10:05am (Indianapolis Time)
• Arrive at Orlando International Airport at 10:05am.
• Take Disney Magical Express to Walt Disney World
• Take the resort bus to the Magic Kingdom
• Lunch at Magic Kingdom
• Dinner at Magic Kingdom
Saturday, March 3
• Early Breakfast at All Star Music Resort
• After breakfast put on uniforms and get instruments out
• 8:15 Load our ESCOT Bus to the Magic Kingdom
• Depart from All Star Music Resort to Magic Kingdom at8:30am
• Performance at Magic Kingdom at 10am (marching down Main Street through
Frontier Land)
• After performance return on our ESCOT Bus back to All Star Music Resort
• Put uniforms and instruments back on Trailer
• Remainder of day at a Epcot
• Lunch and Dinner at Epcot
Sunday, March 4
• Breakfast at All Star Music Resort
• Off to Hollywood Studios
• Lunch at Park
• Dinner at Park
Monday, March 5
• Get luggage to front office before 8am.
• Breakfast at All Star Music Resort
• Luggage to front lobby by 8:00am
• Spend day at Animal Kingdom
• Lunch at Animal Kingdom
• Load Disney Magical Express at 5:00pm (time to be determined by Disney)
• Return to Orlando International Airport
• Board Southwest Airlines Flight #35 at 8:25pm-10:55pm arrive at Indianapolis Airport
• Board bus back to school.
• Arrive at BHHS at 12:01am Illinois Time
Cost of trip per person:
Round-trip Airfare $315
4 Day Park Hopper $167
Meals (4 lunches, 3 dinners, 3 breakfasts) $135
Hotel (Based on 4 people in a room) $85

Students will need their own money for breakfast at the airport on the way to Walt Disney World and for dinner at the airport on the way home. The student should also have money for any incidentals and souvenirs.
All students and chaperones need to wear their new Disney T-shirts on Friday when we leave the school
Each Student will be receiving a fifty dollar gift card to use at Disney.
On another note, we have about six extra “pink” shirts for anyone wanting to purchase them. $8 while supplies last.
