  • Congratulation to Scholastic Bowl.  Fresh-Soph beat Oakwood, JV beat Hoopeston and Varsity beat both Oakwood and Hoopeston, putting them at 8-0.
  • The library will be closed today from 10 to 11:30 for Mrs. Watson’s guest speaker, Maureen Hughes.  Students may not come in once she begins.  We will reopen at 12:00. 
  • FFA week is NEXT WEEK!  Tuesday’s dress up day is Disney Day!  Dress up and you’ll be entered into a drawing for a prize.  There will be homeroom games each day next week.  Sign up with your class sponsor.
  • Tonight is decade night at the boys basketball game.  Come decked out in your favorite decade to enter for a chance to win a prize!  JV starts at 6.
  • Math contest groups.  Pre-Calc will meet on Tuesday, Algebra 2 and Geometry on Wednesday and Algebra 1 next Thursday.
  • The BHRA Education Association Scholarship is available to seniors who will be pursuing a career that will lead to employment in a school setting. Please see Mrs. Stephens or Ms. Herrmann for an application.
  • Seniors interested in attending Lakeview College of Nursing – the Next Generation of Caring Scholarship is available in the Counseling Lobby. See Mrs. Stephens for more information.
  • The Vermilion County Principals Association Scholarship is available in the Counseling Lobby. Scholarships are available in 4 different areas – Academics, Arts and Humanities, Athletics and Vocational/Technical.
  • Make sure you check out the VOICE table at your lunch this week! Finish the hashtag and get your picture taken too!
